Shihan Tomohiro Mori was born in 1969 in Ichinomiya City in Aichi Prefecture. He started learning Aikido in 1988 at Tohoku University Aikido Club, when he was 19 years old. During this time the club’s Shihan was Moriteru Ueshiba, the present Doshu (Head of Aikido). After 5 years when he graduated In 1993 he started to work for Aikikai Foundation as Aikido Hombu Dojo instructor. Since then he had taught many students locally and internationally. He participate in the Hombu international training seminar and travels to many parts of the world. Shihan Tomohiro Mori, in his regular sessions teaches extracting actions from single moments and relative moments, via techniques and aims for total progress by improving several elements. He demonstrates medicinal use of Aikido in training your body and mind for healthy life in special health related seminars. He also teaches many people to cope up with their daily life in reducing stress and maintaining the proper life balance by Aikido principals for commoners who are not practicing Aikido.
